Tropical Mango Strawberry Protein Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Bob Evans Liquid Egg Whites
  • 1/2 cup low-fat vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries, sliced
  • 1/4 cup frozen mango, diced
  • 1 tbsp coconut flakes
  • 1 kiwi

Instructions

  1. Add Bob Evans Liquid Egg Whites, yogurt, and ½ cup strawberries to blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into 1-2 serving bowls and top with strawberries, mango,coconut flakes and kiwi slices.
