Tropical Mango Strawberry Protein Smoothie Bowl
- 1/4 cup Bob Evans Liquid Egg Whites
- 1/2 cup low-fat vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 cup frozen strawberries, sliced
- 1/4 cup frozen mango, diced
- 1 tbsp coconut flakes
- 1 kiwi
- Add Bob Evans Liquid Egg Whites, yogurt, and ½ cup strawberries to blender. Blend until smooth.
- Pour into 1-2 serving bowls and top with strawberries, mango,coconut flakes and kiwi slices.
