Pineapple Upside-down Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Bob Evans Liquid Egg Whites
- 1/2 cup low-fat vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 kiwi, sliced
- 1 tbsp Chia seed
- Maraschino cherries, optional
Instructions
- Add Bob Evans Liquid Egg Whites, yogurt and ½ c. pineapple to blender. Blend until smooth.
- Pour into 1-2 serving bowls and top with pineapple chunks, kiwi, maraschino cherries and a sprinkle chia seeds.
- Serve immediately.
