Morning Sunshine Protein Smoothie Bowl
- 1/4 cup Bob Evans® Egg Whites
- ½ cup low-fat vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 medium frozen banana, sliced
- 1 Tbsp. almonds, sliced
- Add Bob Evans Liquid Egg Whites, yogurt, ½ banana and ½ c. strawberries to blender. Blend until smooth.
- Pour into 1-2 serving bowls and top with banana, strawberries and a sprinkle of toasted or plain almonds.
- Serve immediately.
