Mango Peach Protein Smoothie Bowl
- 1 cup frozen mango, diced
- 1 cup frozen peaches
- 1/4 cup Bob Evans® Egg Whites
- Dash nutmeg
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
- ½ cup frozen blueberries
- 1 Tbsp. granola
- Add 1/2 cup of mango, 1/2 cup peach, Bob Evans Liquid Egg Whites to blender. Blend until smooth.
- Pour into 1-2 serving bowls and top with blueberries, mango, peaches, granola and a dash of nutmeg.
- Serve immediately.
