Mango Peach Protein Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen mango, diced
  • 1 cup frozen peaches
  • 1/4 cup Bob Evans® Egg Whites
  • Dash nutmeg
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 Tbsp. granola

Instructions

  1. Add 1/2 cup of mango, 1/2 cup peach, Bob Evans Liquid Egg Whites to blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into 1-2 serving bowls and top with blueberries, mango, peaches, granola and a dash of nutmeg.
  3. Serve immediately.
