Pineapple Upside-down Smoothie Bowl

  • 1/4 cup Bob Evans Liquid Egg Whites
  • 1/2 cup low-fat vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 kiwi, sliced
  • 1 tbsp Chia seed
  • Maraschino cherries, optional


  1. Add Bob Evans Liquid Egg Whites, yogurt and ½ c. pineapple to blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into 1-2 serving bowls and top with pineapple chunks, kiwi, maraschino cherries and a sprinkle chia seeds.
  3. Serve immediately.
