  • 1/4 cup Bob Evans® Egg Whites
  • ½ cup low-fat vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 medium frozen banana, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. almonds, sliced


  1. Add Bob Evans Liquid Egg Whites, yogurt, ½ banana and ½ c. strawberries to blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into 1-2 serving bowls and top with banana, strawberries and a sprinkle of toasted or plain almonds.
  3. Serve immediately.
